Telephone Bridge Instructions for (217)


Opening the Bridge

1. At the conference time, all participants dial the Conference Dial-In number.

2. At the prompt, enter the PIN Code followed by the # key. Multiple Leaders are allowed. If the participants are first to arrive, they will hear music until the moderator enters.

3. Note: The *3 feature controls the entry and exit tones. Press star (*) 3 to control: one beep for entry and two beeps for exit. We recommend turning ON the entry beeps until you are ready to begin the meeting or class, then turn them OFF by pressing star (*) 3. Your recording will be clear of unnecessary beeps.

4. The Bridge closes when the last person hangs up their phone.

* Key Features for Moderater use: The Leader who presses the * key features below is the only person who will hear these messages.

RECORDING INSTRUCTIONS: Press *2 and "1" at the prompt to record this conference call. You will hear the lady's voice say "This conference will now be recorded (beep)". If you don't hear her, your call is not being recorded. You do not need to give your recording a file number, our system will do that for you.

NOTE: there is no "PLAYBACK" function for hourly rentals on the 217 Bridge.
