CALL RECORDING INSTRUCTIONS

Once you
have entered the Conference Call as the
Moderator, press
*2
& "1"
at the prompt, to start the recording
of your Conference Call. You will hear the
woman's voice say "This conference will now be
recorded (beep)". If you don't hear her, your
call is not being recorded.
If you do
not hear the woman's voice: Press the number
"1"
again and if you still don't hear her,
start over with *2
&
"1".
AFTER
your Conference Call has ended, you may make a
Recording
Request.
Always wait until you are sure you started
the recording of your Conference Call before
ordering the recording. If you request the
recording before your conference, you may
forget to start the recording and we would have
to give you a refund.

How to request your
Recording:

Login
to your
Account.
2. Select
"Recording
Request"
and
decide which type of recording you want.
Our turn-around time is usually one full
business day.
You
will need to know the following:
Date of the recording:
Time of day your recording
began (US Eastern Time):
Bridge number: (217)xxx-xxxxx
Moderator PIN:
Participant PIN:
3. How do
you pick up the recording? We email you the
.wav or .mp3 file as a link which opens a web
page where your recording begins to play
automatically. From this page your clients will
find the download link. They cannot download
from the link in the email. They must go to the
web page first. Click

Edit,
we clean up your opening remarks and begin the
recording with a clean and strong opening. Next
we clean up the end of the recording where
everyone is saying 'Good-bye' and finally we
equalize the sound--bringing the volume up for
the quiet voices and down when people are a bit
too loud.

button:
We take the raw recording and do a Light Edit
on it, then convert it to a streaming flash
button. We email the html code for your
webmaster to insert into a web page. The "flash"
button looks like this:
All
your clients have to do is click and the
recording begins.

* * UNLIMITED SERVER
SPACE:
All your recordings are saved on our server
indefinitely--that's important, because the
files are very large and storage can get
expensive. In the 14 years we've been in
business we have never removed a
recording from our server. We just keep
adding servers to accomodate the
recordings!
